Modern villa situated in a complex called DIXTYA near Pefkochori Village right in front of the sea.

The villa has 3 levels, in the ground level there is the living room, the kitchen and a WC, in the underground level there is a double room, a bathroom and a workhouse, in the 1st floor there are 2 rooms sharing a bathroom.

Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, fridge and electrical appliances such as espresso machine with Nespresso tabs, orange squeezer, toaster, kettle, multi, iron and ironing board and all other necessary supplies you might need in order to prepare a meal and feel like home during your stay. Greek coffee, Lipton tea bags and sugar are complimentary.

There are 3 A/C units, 2 in the 1st floor rooms and 1 in the living room. There is a 32΄΄ smart tv in the living room and free wifi.

In the yard of the house there are 3 dining tables, 2 sofa and a place for barbeque.

In the beach just in front of the house you will find an umbrella and sunbeds.

Complex DIXTYA is located 500m from Pefkochori Village, it has private parking, tennis court and private beach.

The Complex is 97km away from Macedonia airport.
